Entries are flowing in for the fifth Newbridge Art Show, taking place from 16–18 October. The show has grown every year since its inception and is an inclusive celebration of the creative arts across the Central Tablelands. For artists, it offers exceptional value, with entries just $20 and every fourth entry free. All artworks are for sale, giving visitors the opportunity to discover original art and begin or grow their collections.
Some of the much-loved events from 2025 are returning, including the spectacular Opening Night Concert at the iconic Church of the Blessed Sacrament. Complimentary buses will transport patrons from the art show at the Newbridge Showground to the church and back again after the concert.
The popular workshop program also returns, with plein air painting workshops led by Canowindra artist David Isbester on Thursday 15 and Friday 16 October, a portrait photography workshop with Martin Ryan on Saturday 18 October, and a beginners' photography workshop with Carolyn Hide on Sunday 19 October. Workshop numbers are limited to just 12 participants, so early bookings are essential.

More details of the musical program will be announced soon. In the meantime, be sure to book your lunch table for Sunday 18 October and enjoy the Orange Regional Conservatorium's Big Phatt Jazz Band in the spring sunshine at The Gladstone Hotel, in the heart of the village.
